3 Color error:

there are three kinds of color errors. The first is that there is a deviation between the color of the printed matter and the proofing; The second is that there is a certain degree of inconsistency between the front and rear colors of the same batch of prints; The third is that there is a deviation between the product color printed in the printed matter and the color of the real object itself. The first difference is that we usually say that printing cannot catch up with proofing. The reasons have been discussed above, such as ink problems, paper problems, point reduction problems. For this difference, the printer should try to follow up the sample. If the difference is great, the customer should be notified in time and the customer should sign the sample in person. The second difference is also an objective problem that the printing machine itself has been difficult to solve. We know that in the printing process of the printing machine, the ink is on the ink, but we don't know how to check the ink is a dynamic balance process. During printing, when the ink on the ink roller decreases to a certain extent, the printing opportunity automatically inks to compensate. To a certain extent, it will directly lead to the color deviation between the front printed finished products and the back printed finished products of a batch of printed live parts. The third difference is actually a psychological expectation problem. We once met a customer who claimed that the color of the printed product was not completely consistent with its own color, which was believed to damage the company's image and even affect the company's order, while we believed that its color deviation was acceptable. In this case, it should be said that this deviation exists objectively and cannot be completely attributed to the quality control of the printing factory. As we mentioned earlier, to be exact, the color of the printed products cannot be completely consistent with the proofing, not to mention the ink color deviation inside the same batch of printed products. Proofing can only be used as a reference standard because it comes out first, and customers may think that proofing is good and right. In this case, we usually consider the color of the product picture first, then the color of other pictures, and finally the decorative color bar or color block when printing. For the printing samples for ordering, we suggest the customer to add a note below the printed matter: the color in this printed matter is for reference only, and the color shall be subject to the actual object, so as to avoid unnecessary disputes

4. Paper error: due to the problems of papermaking technology, the brightness, thickness and texture of the same paper produced by different paper manufacturers will be different. For example, the texture of coated paper of the same gram produced by Zixing, Daewoo and Jindong is different. Of course, the difference is not too great. Another example is Asia Pacific offset paper. The fineness and whiteness of the paper are better than those of other domestic manufacturers, but the price is also about 50% higher. In addition, the paper of the same gram weight produced by the same manufacturer may change slightly in production process due to different delivery time, plus acceptable errors and other reasons, its brightness, thickness and texture are also different. In fact, in the label of each batch of paper purchased by the printing plant, the paper mill made such a statement in advance, requiring that it should not be mixed with the previous paper, so as to avoid the experimental width when comparing with the user:? 120 mm deviation. For the printing factory, it should provide the customer with the paper samples of the printing products to be used before each printing, and put them into printing after confirmation by the customer, so as to avoid such disputes

5. Printing machine error:

the error of printing machine is reflected in two points. One is overprint accuracy, the other is ink color. As we know, color printing is actually a four-color overprint, that is, red, yellow, blue and black are superimposed together, and the overprint content is reflected on the film, which is the points we mentioned earlier. Generally speaking, it is small dots. According to China's printing machinery industry standard, the registration accuracy of printing machines, that is, the superposition accuracy of points, is required to be 0.033mm. The actual mechanical accuracy is generally higher than this standard, mostly 0.01mm. Of course, some printing machines are 0.1mm (mostly monochrome machines). But even so, if you use a 40x magnifying glass to observe the printed product, you can still see that the superposition of its points deviates. Therefore, in the process of handing over the printed products, we can only reach the point where there is no problem with the naked eye. Unless the printed products are Millennium treasures, it is impossible for the printing factory to accept the practice of customers picking faults with magnifying glasses. For the ink color problem, there is also a certain deviation due to the ink amount compensation of the inking device, which has been discussed above and will not be repeated here

6. Cutting size error:

after the printing is completed, the next important step is to use the paper cutter to cut the printed product. When cutting finished products, due to the error of the cutter itself, the error after cutting finished products also exists objectively. In fact, according to relevant national standards, the error range of cutting size in RMB printed products is 0.5 mm, and that of securities printed products is 1 mm. In other words, the size of RMB and negotiable securities is not exactly the same, but its error must fall within a certain range. For general printed matter, the size error of cutting is mostly 2 mm up and down

7. Psychological expectation error:

specifically, psychological expectation error should not be included in the scope of printing error we are discussing. The reason why this problem is mentioned is that in the process of our interaction with customers, this problem is often encountered, difficult to solve, and has to face. For customers who have long been in contact with printed matter, after long-term experience and knowledge accumulation, they have gained insight into what errors are acceptable and what errors are unacceptable, and it is easier to communicate with the printing factory. While some customers may have very high psychological expectations when making printed matter, hoping to make the printed matter beautiful and complete the experimental process automatically with high efficiency and accuracy. For these customers, the printing factory should take on the task of education and training market and communicate with customers more. After all, print is print, not art. Poor communication is an unpleasant memory for both sides
